Quiksilver Innovation Contest
Deadline: September 10, 2007 QUIKSILVER ROSSIGNOL GROUP is proud to launch the first edition of the INNOVATION CONTEST, the annual futuristic competition opened to progressive passionate athletes and designers everywhere, from professionals to amateurs. Applicants are to submit their best futuristic ideas and product concepts within the outdoor sports lifestyle category. The product concepts submitted will be judged on real future innovations in design and technologies that have been developed with users needs in mind while practicing boardsports and leisure activities. On September 27, 2007 a prestigious jury composed of celebrated leaders in the fields of design, sport and innovation will judge the 30 finalists and select the 3 winners. First place will be awarded €5000 and the presentation of the project at the ISPO Show in Munich on February 2008, second place will be €3000 and third will be €2000.
